How do I get started with My Countertop?
After downloading the app, create an account using your email or Google Sign-In. New users receive free credits to try the AI generation features. Simply upload a photo of your countertop, select a stone material, and let AI generate a new design for you!
How does the credit system work?
Each AI image generation consumes credits. New users receive free credits upon registration. You can purchase additional credits through in-app purchases. Credits never expire and are tied to your account.
Can I restore my purchases?
Yes! If you've purchased credits and need to restore them (for example, after reinstalling the app), go to Profile → Purchase → Restore Purchases. Your credits will be synced across all your devices.
Where are my images stored?
Your uploaded images and generated results are stored locally on your device. Generation history is also synced to your account in our secure cloud database, so you can access it from multiple devices.
How accurate are the AI-generated results?
AI-generated visualizations are approximations designed to help you visualize different stone materials on your countertop. Results may vary and should be used as a reference tool, not as a guarantee of the final appearance.
Can I use the app without an internet connection?
An internet connection is required for AI image generation, as the processing happens on our servers. However, you can view your saved history and manage your library offline.
What should I do if generation fails?
If a generation fails, please check your internet connection and try again. Credits are only deducted upon successful generation. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data through the app settings. Please note that this action is irreversible and unused credits will be forfeited.
