• Manage account-based features where available

3. User Accounts

Account Creation:

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Responsibility:

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

5. Quotes, Payments, and Credits

Project Quotes:

• Any project quote depends on confirmed material, dimensions, fabrication details, packing, shipping destination, and availability
• Early estimates are for discussion only and may change after specifications are confirmed

Visualizer Credits:

• Some visualization features may use free or purchased credits
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Refunds:

• Digital credit refund requests are handled according to the payment platform policies where applicable
• Contact us if you experience technical issues preventing credit usage

6. Intellectual Property

Service Ownership:

• The Service and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of images you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for the Service's functionality
• Visualization results are for planning and reference unless otherwise agreed

Third-Party Content:

• Stone material images in our library are provided for visualization purposes
• You may not use these images for commercial purposes without proper licensing

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Visualizer results are approximations and may not match final fabricated stone

Limitation:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant digital service in the past 12 months unless otherwise required by law
• We are not responsible for production decisions made solely from visualization results without confirmed samples, slab photos, drawings, and specifications

8. Termination

By You:

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• You may delete your account through the app settings where available
• Unused credits may be forfeited upon account deletion

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
