By accessing and using My Countertop ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

My Countertop is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate visualizations of stone countertops and surfaces. The App allows you to:

• Upload photos of countertops, cabinets, or surfaces
• Select stone materials from our library
• Generate AI-powered visualizations
• Save and manage your design history
• Purchase additional generation credits

3. User Accounts

Account Creation:

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Responsibility:

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account with others
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Payment and Credits

Free Credits:

• New users receive free generation credits upon registration
• Free credits are provided at our discretion and may be limited

Purchased Credits:

• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Credits do not expire but are tied to your account
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Refunds:

• Refund requests are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies
• Contact us if you experience technical issues preventing credit usage

6. Intellectual Property

App Ownership:

• The App and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of images you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for the App's functionality
• AI-generated images are for your personal use

Third-Party Content:

• Stone material images in our library are provided for visualization purposes
• You may not use these images for commercial purposes without proper licensing

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI-generated results are approximations and may not be perfectly accurate

Limitation:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated visualizations

8. Termination

By You:

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through the App settings
• Unused credits may be forfeited upon account deletion

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue the App or any part of it at any time
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting a notice in the App
• Sending an email to your registered address (for major changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
